Open and frequent communication is an essential component in meeting your investment objectives. We believe that the best possible level of service is provided by separate client servicing and investment management teams. Your account will be assigned a dedicated Client Investment Services Manager (CISM) who will be based in the office nearest to you and will always be available if you have any queries. Based on a clear understanding of your investment goals, performance objectives and risk tolerances, your Client Investment Services Manager will work with you from the initial stages of the relationship to determine appropriate performance benchmarks, asset mix levels and investment guidelines for the portfolio.
